02 Eligibility and Age Requirement

03 Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account on bee9, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these terms and conditions and may result in account termination.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately. bee9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.
3.3 Single Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is considered by bee9 as potentially fraudulent activity and bee9 reserves the right to investigate.
04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
bee9 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits and withdrawals must be made through an account registered in the user's own name.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (for each method)
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
bee9 generally completes withdrawals within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if additional verification is required, this time may increase.
4.4 Deposit and Withdrawal Restrictions
- Deposits or withdrawals through a third party's account are strictly prohibited.
- Any transaction suspected of money laundering or illegal financial activity will be suspended.
- bee9 may require additional verification for any transaction.
- All active bets must be settled before a withdrawal request is processed.
Warning: Under no circumstances are deposited funds returned directly — all withdrawals are completed through the designated process.
05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users on bee9 are eligible to receive up to a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be made after registration.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means the total amount of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 25 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- There is a specific time limit for meeting the wagering requirement, which is stated in each bonus offer.
- Bets placed on certain games may not count toward meeting the wagering requirement.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the time limit, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If any attempt is made to abuse the bonus system, engage in arbitrage betting, or exploit bonus benefits through any other method, bee9 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
5.4 VIP Program
The bee9 VIP program has five tiers. Tiers are advanced based on regular play and activity, and each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
- Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
bee9 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program or discontinue the program at any time.
06 Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Terms
All games on bee9 are conducted in a fair and verifiable manner. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed after the game loads.
- Casino game results are entirely controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
- Live casino games are broadcast live and operated by professional dealers.
- For sportsbook bets, the decision of the governing authority for the event outcome is final.
- If a game round is left incomplete due to a technical error, the bet amount for that round will be returned to the user's account.
6.2 Bet Cancellation Policy
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, bee9 reserves the right to cancel a bet in the event of a system error or unusual circumstances on the part of the game provider.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bee9 platform:

- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes.
